Rovers & Rangers

 

An adult (over 18 years of age) who is a registered member of Peace Scouts Force and accepts

the conditions of membership may be accepted into a Rover Crew.

Meetings:   As agreed by Rover Crew

 

– Program:

To meet the Mission and Principles of Peace Scouts Force in the Rover program, emphasis is placed on activities that encourage Rovers & Rangers to:

(i)  develop spiritual depth and joy in living;

(ii)  establish their own sense of identity, values and lifestyle;

(iii)  become self-directed individuals and responsible adult participants in society;

(iv)  blend personal freedom with group responsibility;

(v)  develop meaningful and lasting friendships;

(vi)  provide meaningful services to the community; and

(vii)  participate in satisfying outdoor activities that contribute to protection of the environment, fitness and a sense of well-being.

Community service, outdoors, and crew interests.

On my honour, I promise that I will do my best, to do my duty to God,

to help other people at all times, and to carry out the spirit of the Scout Law.
